Shipping Locations

We ship our products across India.

However:

  • Delivery availability depends on serviceable pin codes.

  • Certain large-sized frames may not be deliverable to remote or non-serviceable locations.

  • COD may not be available in some areas.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you after order confirmation.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Since our frames are carefully packed and handled, slight dispatch delays may occur during high-demand periods.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timeline: 5–10 business days across India.

  • 90% of orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Location

    • Courier partner

    • Weather conditions

    • Operational delays beyond our control

For large-sized frames (e.g., 24x36 inches), delivery may take slightly longer due to careful handling requirements.

Delivery Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • A small COD handling fee may apply.

  • COD availability depends on pin code and order value.

Multiple Product Orders

If multiple products are ordered in a single transaction:

  • We will attempt to ship them together.

  • However, due to size or packaging differences, products may be shipped separately.

  • All items in one order will be delivered to a single shipping address only.

If you wish to ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping may be available on select products.

  • Delivery timeline: 7–15 business days

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Customs duties or local taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.

  • Tracking updates usually activate within 24 hours after dispatch.

  • You can also track your order from the My Account section on Dewar.in.

  • Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of order placement.

  • Dewar.in is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, future COD services may be restricted for the customer.
