Refund policy

At Dewar.in, each frame is carefully crafted and packed with utmost attention to detail. As our products are fragile wall art pieces and often made-to-order, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and processed.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or aesthetic preferences.

  • We do not provide refunds for slight color variations due to screen/display differences.

  • International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.


Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video (mandatory) clearly showing the sealed package being opened must be shared.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging must be provided.

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

After verification:

  • We will arrange a replacement.

  • Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

  • Replacement will be processed only after internal review and approval.


Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only if:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

Once approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged (if serviceable).

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the item back.

  • Replacement will be dispatched after inspection.


Non-Eligible Cases

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Minor frame texture variations

  • Slight print color differences

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Refusal to accept COD order

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Products damaged after delivery


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Since frames are processed quickly, cancellation requests are generally not accepted.

  • If cancellation is exceptionally approved before dispatch, payment gateway charges will be deducted.


Important Notes

  • Dewar.in reserves the right to reject any refund/replacement request that does not meet the above criteria.

  • All decisions regarding refunds and replacements are final and binding.
